We provide our customers with premium grade trees and are confident that we deliver the best quality. 


Trees are living things and so each will come with their own quirks and natural variations. Although we cannot accept returns or offer a refund; except in accordance with your legal rights, i.e, in the event a product is damaged or faulty, if you are unhappy with your tree we will gladly replace it, free of charge, provided that you contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Should you wish to request a replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate this request.


The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.
